Guest Speaker, Fi Macmillan

An adventurer, leadership coach and supervisor. Inspired by indigenous people and our evolutionary past, Fi is passionate about how outdoor intelligence informs leadership. She works with leaders through her own coaching practice, Wild Leadership, and is currently apprenticing with Wild Rites to become a vision quest guide. She lives in the Cotswolds, walks daily and goes wild as often as possible!

“Fi combines ancient wisdom with breakthrough science to bring a new angle to leadership coaching.  The best coaching CPD I’ve ever done.”  Kate Tapper, Director & Executive Coach.

“Fi’s passion and enthusiasm shone through and created a really special space to share and explore.  A powerful experience that I have introduced into my coaching process and way of working.”  Darren Hilton, Tapping the Source.

Lesley Roberts Feedback

”Lesley you and your programme are truly an inspiration. Your course was a little oasis for me during the last 2 weeks and most definitely reconnected me to the outdoors, the power of blue and green space as a leader, coach and importantly as a human. Thank you.”
Amanda Nelson, HRD at QuinteiQ

“For me this course was an opportunity to combine two of my passions, exploring nature and people development. The reality has been so much more than that. Breaking the shackles of the boardroom and taking coaching conversations outdoors has far more value than I ever expected. I encourage you to explore for yourself. I briefed my team today on coaching outdoors, there was some initial scepticism, but when I outlined what we had learnt so far they really got it. I think we are going to be busy!”
Barry Chamberlain, Director of Consulting at Turner & Townsend
